Load Balancers & deployment endpoints

I'm currently doing a POC of ECE for a group in my company but I can't seem to get past how one configures a load balancer to talk to the Elasticsearch deplyment endpoint.

I've create one load balancer that points the the admin api on port 12400 but I can't see how to point it to the ES deployment endpoint https://bgt-bps-ece-poc.es.10.157.123.29.ip.es.io:9243.

Any help would be appreciated.
