Localhost:9200 error when installing

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install ELK using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4BtAuGcUjCo but i am stuck at a message error when typing localhost:9200 on the web. Can someone have any idea how I can overcome this issue please ?
