I need to make a Log Threshold rule and the option is completely gone. I tried Custom Threshold, but it isn't firing properly. Where did Log Threshold go?

But now I now see a completely separate new UI with no Log Threshold option. I added it in the reply below.
I see what the difference is. One deployment is hosted and one is serverless. The custom thresholds on Serverless do not fire the alerts properly though. Where do we report bugs?
Perhaps share your alert configuration in detail and your expected results.
Here is all the configuration. The "equal to or below 0" check was originally all I had configured, but it doesn't work even though the query preview shows that the logs found are zero.
I added the "alert if no data" check box and that gets the alerts to fire, but not the actions.
