whenever i try to log in my kibana, it shows the message " we could not log you in " , how can i solve this error and log in?

Is your cluster is healthy?
GET _cluster/health
When you curl elasticsearch with basic auth (your elastic username and password) do you get the default response from Elasticsearch?
If not, reset your built in users and try again. I'd also try restarting Kibana.
