No records of logs in logstash.log file, and on kibana logs are showing but very late..
your post provides virtually no info to help troubleshoot, therefore my answer is likely going to of equal usefulness... Purely guessing, your elasticsearch is slow and not configured properly.
For more helpful answers, you may want to turn on slowness logs in elasticserch (check log4j configuration file there). I'd also recommend posting your logstash config along with hardware details and your elasticsearch mapping of the index with an issue. I'd also suggest posting your elasticsearch configuration and server details. All of that would be a good start to get actual help. This problem is likely due to no customization of your setup and not an easy solution so dont get your hopes up on a miracle, one-response, solution.
