Logstash launch on Windows 7

Hi,

Maybe it will help someone.
I installed Logstash-6.2.2 on Windows 7 for testing. Starting Logstash just did nothing: no error, no success.

If you face the issue just add
exit /b 0
as last line of logstash-6.2.2\bin\setup.bat file.
