Logstash sending data via TCP(Output Plugin) taking a lot of time

I have a Windows service that is listening on TCP port , and ELK installed on Linux server
I am sending data from logstash via TCP to windows server , It's working fine but taking a lot of time and slow down logstash/elasticsearch server

So what parameters/configuration needs to change ?

What's the bottleneck? Is your Windows service able to receive messages at a sufficiently high rate?
