Lots of Blank Values

I have followed the steps in

There seems to be many blank values. There is also no way find out if this is what I am supposed to see out of the box or there is some errors.

What is the value of the CPU usage reported by the windows task manager? From the tests I did it might be that the windows task manager has a different approach in calculating the cpu usage per process, so it shows a bit higher values for the cpu usage.

The CPU usage on the task manager was 20-30% for a very long time.
