Machine learning - Series point shown as anomaly even if inside model plot bounds

Hello,
Kibana 6.8.0 and Elastic 6.8.0 here.
Some machine learning job show points inside the model plot band as anomalies.
Is this a normal behaviour or not?

In the attached image you can find an example of this behaviour.

Yes this is normal behavior. The anomaly point indicated was caused by our model comparing past behavior over various bucket lengths. This is shown by +.
