Managing Multiple Elastic Cloud Organizations with a Single User

I understand that a user can only belong to one organization at a time based from this documentation.

Is there a workaround for this limitation, or is it a current feature restriction?

Any ETA on when this is going to be available?

Very odd that this is not a basic feature, it impossible to manage multiple oganisations without this, right now you have to leave organisation to be able to get access to another one. :exploding_head: :man_facepalming:

This might be cool for individuals, just does not work for enterprise.
