Managing traffic with multiple Nics

Hi,

I'm in an environment where all nodes run multiple NIC's,

If users access the servers on NIC 1, I would like to make all elasticsearch and *beats traffic run across NIC 2 is it possible to configure this as i haven't been able to find much about it?

Is this possible and if so how would i go about it?
