Metrics Tab is now allowing you to resize visualizations

It appears the Metrics tab now allows you to resize visualizations, this interesting? is this expected? I don't see the value if you can't even save your resize edits

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Services
  2. Select a Service
  3. Click on Metrics tab
  4. Move and resize visualizations
