You can use some APIs like https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/cluster.html or the cat APIs.

for eg i want to monitor elasticsearch cluster in splunk then how to ingest elasticsearch data in splunk
That looks like a weird idea to me. But as I don't know Splunk, I can't tell.
What's the problem of using elastic monitoring tools? They are providing much more things than what you can get by reading the cluster endpoints (ie node arrival/removal, shards moving...)
