Monitor packet loss with Heartbeat

Hello,
I'm currently testing heartbeat at company level in order to replace Smokeping.
Is there any way to monitor packet loss with heartbeat, like Smokeping does ?
It's a much needed feature for us, but didn't find the way to do it with Heartbeat at this moment.

ICMP pings will fail in the event of packet loss, so you can use their failure ratio to determine the amount of packet loss you have.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Indeed that sounds good. Made a custom panel on grafana for getting the ratio, that makes the job.
