Do we have a solution to monitor the performance of a SaaS application?
I have tried using Heartbeat, but there is an annoying IAM (Identity and Access Management) system in the flow. Using Heartbeat I monitor the IAM infra, not the application. To make this work Heartbeat would have to mimic a browser, and execute all the code on the pages so I will eventually land on the actual landing page (which assumes I can somehow provide the credentials needed etc).
Alternative would be monitoring from the browser used (so from the actual endpoint). Did anyone stumble at such a solution for Elastic?
