Moving from Solr to Elastic

Hi,
I'm moving from Solr to Elastic and learning a lot about this great product.
I've couple of questions regarding search and I would like to get your guidance.

In Solr I user to have phonetic and soundex search on items.
For example if I've item with 'what is the cost of iphone 6' I get result even if I'm searching 'what is the cost of ifone'.
In addition how I can implement synonyms in Elastic?
