Hello,
My question involves an elastic search node setup where we are storing data
across multiple paths (ex. path.data = ["/mnt/es1", "/mnt/es2", ...]).
With a node setup like this, is each index's data path's shard (so a path
that would like this:
/mnt/es1/cluster_name/0/indices/index_name/shard_number) an individual
Lucene index? From what I know of elastic search that would seem to make
the most sense but I can't find any documentation online that makes the
case one way or another.
Let me know if that question doen't make sense and I can try to rephrase it.
