Multiple ES instances per node

I'm using multiple instances per node (to seperate production and staging
environments) and Debian Linux.
Debian tomcat init scripts have support for multiple instances. There's not
much effort needed to add this functionality to ES debian packages as well
(with default support for single instance, of course).
Is there anyone who would need that? Shall I commit my changes and create
pull request? Where is the repository with ES debian files?
