Multiple indexes and partial execution

Hello,
We finished a series of tests using rally and got very useful insides. Thank you for the great product guys. We want to run an additional series of tests and I have a couple of questions:

  1. End2End execution took us 1 week's time. What is the option to decrease execution time? Suppose I've got the expected load after one day, how can I finish execution and get rally statistics. Is it something related to the number of cycles? how can I configure it?

  2. Is there an option to run this challenge in multiple indexes? What needs to be configured for this?
