Need help in Kibana visualize graphs

I am using kibana Version 4.6.4 and have data as per the below

Looking for graph as per the below
Could you please let me know the solution.

I don;t really understand the question.
How does an indexed document look for you? (in Discover, for example)
Also, if you want to achieve that visualization, it's not really possible to make one like that, but you can do a stacked one, where one bar color represents Code 16, another one Code80 and the total bar height represents the Total.
