New filter Editor do not suggest values

Hello all,
According to the documentation, when using the new "Add filter" values suggestion should be presented, as shown in https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/11375
However when I use it no values are suggested. What can be the reason?

Which version are you using?

5.6.3 and tried also 5.6.2

Ok..find it. Did not know that "suggest values" should be turned on in the configuration.
BTW - there is a warning on "heavy queries to ES"...how do I know if I am in risk? Number of documents?

And other question - It is possible for the suggested values to be filtered already with existing filters instead of returning from the entire documents based?
