Hello, I set up a new indices on elastic.co, I'm just trying it out, I only see connectivity through port 443 with a api key.
I'm using java and spring and usually connect via port 9300. So I'm having a hard time translating to that. Am I missing something?
Which version of Elasticsearch are you using?
I currently use elasticsearch 2.4 in production.
elasticsearch 2.4 is EOL and no longer supported. Please upgrade ASAP.

Elasticsearch 2.4 did support the transport client, which does connect on port 9300. The transport client has however been deprecated and newer clients all use HTTP.
