Is there anything special in your setup? For example, are you using the Logstash or Kafka outputs? Are you using a load balancer in front of the APM Servers? Have you changed index pattern, generated custom templates, changed agent configuration etc.

Alert should appear

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Click on Alerts (an active alert should be going off)
  2. See nothing

I figured it out,
my TEST apm server was on http instead of https
Fixed and now the alerts are visible.
