No response from the Elastic Team or wider community?!

I posted a question on here 4 days ago and I've not had a single response or pointer?

Is there anyway to escalate an issue with the team? Thanks in advance.

There's no SLA in the forums here, we try to stay on top of them, but offer no guarantees. Support contracts are the only way to escalate. That said, I did respond to your original post, and will try to follow up with more information later today.
