No result found on Dashboard

Hi Expert
I have installed ELK, I found a problem that is not the result of monitoring on the dashboard. but before that appeared, what problem was happening? Can someone help me. thank you

I am not sure I understand what the problem is. Could you please elaborate further and maybe provide a screenshot?

I have installed ELK, first it runs normally but after that nothing can be displayed. why is that?

Do you have any data outside that period in your indices?
