Not able to edit alert in kibana 7.14 "Transaction error rate threshold"

I have upgrade kibana 7.13 to 7.14 but I am not able to edit or change threshold value and time for kibana alert " Transaction error rate threshold"

Thanks for reporting this. This looks like a bug in 7.14. There have been some improvements around alert creation (see Allow editing of APM rules by smith · Pull Request #106598 · elastic/kibana (github.com)) that will ship with the upcoming 7.15 release.

I was able to reproduce this on a 7.14 installation but changing these values did work on a pre-release 7.15.0 build.
