Transaction error rate threshold alert are not editable filed for kibana 7.14

I am using

elasticserch : 7.14 and Kibana 7.14

I am not able edit alert detail in Transaction error rate threshold:

these filed are not edit and showing fixed value. -- 30 % , 5 min and ALL.

Environment , IS ABOVE 30% and last 5 min.

please help to how to edit these filed for 7.14 kibana version . these filed are editable in kibana 7.13

TYPE All
ENVIRONMENT All
IS ABOVE 30%
FOR THE LAST 5 minutes
