Not Able To Install Elastic Agent Onto Windows 10

Error: unable to perform install command, not executed with Administrator permissions

I've tried to add an Agent onto what will be my "Victim Machine" I'm doing this with the Kali Purple instance in a virtual environment. I manged to install the fleet to my Kali Purple just fine. It just spits out that error message everytime I try do the same on windows.
