it seems all fields with type : text are not available in visualisation and i need them to create certain visualizations like average rent per city etc...

i just fixed it and thought i should've let anyone (who create custom templates) who encounters such problem know how to solve it otherwise you may delete it
i changed the elastics mapping to be more adaptable with kibana visualisation it becomes :
