Not seeing Clicks being reported

Hi

We have recently implemented Appsearch and everything is working well. Only thing is that we are not seeing any click reporting in the UI and preety confident that there have been some volume.

Is there an additional integration required to get this to roll up?

It sounds like you're using self-managed App Search, not swiftype.com.
If so, what version are you using?

no we are not using the self managed - but digging a bit deeper, I think the developers may not have not have applied the click tracking detailed here.
