To get to the screen that you show in the screenshot, you probably clicked a button "Start learning now" or "Resume where you left off"? That should have opened a new tab in your browser. It's in that new tab that the content will be shown.
If a new tab did not open, then perhaps your web browser is preventing that? Maybe you have a script blocker or popup blocker? Try disabling those if you do. Or try opening the page in a private/incognito window. If that does not work, it's worth trying to open the page with a different browser.
