Official blog broken link and language selection menu does NOT work

  1. on this page :

when i click the author , it shows ' 404 Well, That about Wraps It Up for This Page '

ALL English blog posts has similar problem.
I use latest Chrome browser with Chinese language.

  1. this language selection menu does NOT work !
