Question: <I have been provided the opportunity to take the course for Elasticsearch engineer and get the certification. I would like to get some opinions from this community to see which one will be helpful for a new user to learn about this, I do understand the difference between On-Demand and Virtual classes, but not able to get confident about which one to go with>

The content is the same regardless of on-demand or virtual.
Both have benefits, with on-demand, you can proceed with your pace.
However, instructor-led virtual training may be more interactive and faster to adopt the technology if the schedule works for you.
