On premise pricing requirement for ELK

Hi All,
i tried to use the https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions#contact-us link to contact the team and used the form , so far there is no response.
i want to understand what is the price of the Gold subsription , and what is the pricing model . everything we want to do for our on premise environment.
we have servers hosted in azure .
