I have restricted access by IP. Now I want to open Kibana to the internet. But only that port, not elasticsearch etc.
There seem not to be an option for thst in the security section, nor did I find any discussion on this. Can you please help me?
Kibana, by default, uses port 5601, which is separate from Elasticsearch. Often times Elasticsearch isn't even on the same machine.
You can set sever.host to your IP or 0.0.0.0 to bind to everything.
How? There is only one security setting and that covers the whole Elastic cloud.
I didn't realize this was regarding Cloud. Your best path would be to open a support request there.
