OUTAGE: Cluster is not upgrading

We kicked off an upgrade of our elastic cluster an hour ago and we see the new instances however they do not appear to be utilized. Please look asap as this is causing a substantial production outage

Someone was able to help us but unclear why this was an issue to begin with

Please make sure you post Elastic Cloud issues in the #cloud category, otherwise our SREs won't see the request and cannot help :slight_smile:
