Elastic Cloud Issue

Attempting to access kibana and receive this message

{"ok":false,"message":"The requested cluster is currently unavailable"}

Attempted an upgrade today and elastic and kibana seem to be down. message is shown from the kibana url

cloud says a change is already being applied.... and not going away. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
