Trying to start Kibana but just getting {"ok":false,"message":"The requested cluster is currently unavailable"}
which version of kibana ? did you install from a package or some other way ?
whats the contents of config/kibana.yml ?
is this the full output when you start kibana ?

I subscribe to your cloud service. I'm just trying the online version which seems to be 5.4.2. This is all I get when I try to click your link to launch Kibana
