Outgoing tcp traffic (after opening Kibana in a browser)

I'm running ELK in an isolated environment, no internet connection.
The network guys in my company are complaining about network traffic generated by my ELK server.
Can somebody explain me why there's a lot of outgoing TCP traffic to (for example) ip address 99.81.91.109 (Amazon). This occurs when I start up Kibana in a browser.
And even more important, is there a way to stop ELK from generating this traffic?
I don't use any example indexes or data.

Help is much appreciated!

Hi @Tommie,

Could you confirm that you have a self-hosted official ELK stack?

If so, then you need to check if you enabled telemetry settings. You have an option to disable it.
