Packetbeat OSS "HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found" with YUM

Hi all,

Using the following elastic repo for oss:

[elastic-7.x]
name=Elastic repository for 7.x packages
baseurl=https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/oss-7.x/yum
gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=https://artifacts.elastic.co/GPG-KEY-elasticsearch
enabled=1
autorefresh=1
type=rpm-md

Upon trying to install packetbeat-7.8.0 I get the following error:

Downloading packages:
packetbeat-7.8.0-x86_64.rpm    FAILED
https://artifacts.elastic.co/packages/oss-7.x/yum/7.8.0/packetbeat-7.8.0-x86_64.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found                                                 ]  0.0 B/s |    0 B  --:--:-- ETA
Trying other mirror.

What am I doing wrong?
