Parsing query part from Apache log

Greetings
I'm completly new to Elastic ; I've set up Apache to send logs to ElasticSearch through FileBeat (I'm not using LogStash).
I can see the logs entries in Kibana. Now I'd like to use the parameters from the query section individually. I've created a pipeline with the "kv" function.
How can I apply my pipeline after the default one?
