PHP Agent - more configuration options

Loving the product so far - thank you! :+1:

Feature request to add more configuration options to PHP like you support for Java. Most needed toggles are:

  • span_min_duration
  • span_frames_min_duration
  • ignore_urls
  • transaction_ignore_urls

This will allow us to cut down the unimportant actions like health checks and minor internal operations.
