Plot a graph using two fields

Hello Team,

I have two fields like as below,

Session_ID and Request_ID

Example values like as below:

S001 | R001
S001 | R002

I would like to plot a Unique Count Graph using these fields. How two combine these two fields?

From the visualize page, you can do this using the unique count metric aggregation on both fields.

As an example, unique count over time using the line chart visualization:
