We are using some Elastic integrations to get logs and metrics to our Elastic Cloud deployment. But there are a lot of fields that we are not using. Right now we collect the complete log files, but we are looking at the documentation about the Processors option and we have the doubt if it is possible to put that only certain logs are collected. Or on the contrary, that certain logs are not collected.
For example, that some of these fields are not collected.
