Purpose of t<300 in kuery

What is the purpose of t<300 in the ELB 2xx prebuilt dashboard json?

This isn't a valid kuery. I'd like to know more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Umm, this look like a spurious tab, is this visualization failing? On what version of kibana?
