Recover shards from different version

Hi there,
I have a cluster of 25 nodes with HOT/WARM/COLD phases in place, the cluster is running on version 7.5.1 and by mistake one of the hot nodes was running on a different version 7.8.1, and ingesting data, I noted the issue when the node was running out of space and saw that could not route the shards to the warm one, the question is
is there such a way to recover the shards and make them 7.5.1 compatible?

No, you can only upgrade the other nodes to 7.8 sorry.
