Hello All, I am new in this community and I am looking to an online tutorial where I can learn this technology which is based on search and analytics engine and I want to use them in the application search point of view. Can anyone suggest me beginner level tutorial?

The latest version of Elasticsearch is 7.8, we'd encourage you to use that compared to 6.X.
We do offer a number of training courses that might be useful, they're all listed here https://www.elastic.co/training/catalog. Our docs have a few sections that might also be useful. This part in particular might help you.
We have also created this elastic search for our own website but don't know how it has increased our website page load time.
