How can we restore deleted indices from xfsdump data.
If you are runninga recent version you can not, as described in this section of the docs. Restoring from a filesystem snapshot MAY work for older versions, but has as far as I recall never been officially supported.
Thank you, We have take the backup using snapshot but while restoring the deleted index getting below error.

Either close or delete the existing index or restore the index under a different name by providing a rename pattern and replacement name
