Scroll api with a Cross Cluster Query Cluster

Hello
I have several large Clusters and I have some clients that want to the Scroll API can the CCQC handles sending the scroll wanting data from multiple indexes or does the scroll only work targeting the specific cluster.

Currently we are using 6.3 across all clusters and CCQC
Any help be appreciate.
