I'm trying to figure out how to use search ui (using react package) and determine if a result has been modified.
Here there are "sponsored results" -- I was told this was done by result ranking (which I understand how to do: https://swiftype.com/documentation/site-search/guides/result-rankings) but I'm not determining how through the api, that these are shown... can someone point me in the right direction?
